| T15DV09627 | Complian | 12/14/2015 | N/A | DNR_VIOL | I am writing to file an official violation of the resident (whom I believe to be named Victor Romero) in the Duffy neighborhood for illegal vehicle storage and operation of a commercial business out of his household. The resident in question is operating a commercial flooring company seemingly solely out of this home. The company was originally named Image Flooring LLC (http://www.bbb.org/tucson/business-reviews/floors-hardwood/image-flooring-in-tucson-az-20029966) and was based on Speedway and Swan. This storefront location quickly went out of business and when it did, all of the business' trailers and vans were moved to be stored in the front yard of this residential dwelling. The trailers are predominately being used as storage for the business (although do leave the premises for the day and return at night occasionally) while the van(s) leave every day and return every night. This is not just the owner of the company who lives at this residential dwelling leaving and returning daily; employees of the company drop the vans back off at the home, get into their own vehicles and depart the premises at 5 PM. The business has seemed to have recently switched names from Image Flooring, LLC to Floor One LLC (http://www.bbb.org/tucson/business-reviews/floor-coverings-and-installation/floor-one-in-tucson-az-20053618) (http://flooronellc.com/index.html) This has been going on for several years. I'm linking to a screenshot of Google Maps with a time stamp of 2013 that shows this business operating over two years ago as well as two pictures taken in the past two weeks showing the business currently operating (the last of which shows the employees returning to this address and getting ready to leave for the day). This is clearly in violation of multiple laws and ordinances and needs to be addressed immediately.
