I moved in on December 18th and the house did not have a working furnace until the 21st. The oven has not worked for almost 3 weeks - they keep sending someone out to fix it but it has not been fixed yet. Two night ago, the furnace went out. I called yesterday, and they said they would send someone out. I thought they meant right away, but when the furnace people called, they said they couldn't come out until the next day - so we've had 2 cold nights with no heat,.
