I first reported this via the online resident portal on July 17, then via personally delivered letter on July 19. They had their maintenance team perform a tune-up of the evaporative cooler on July 27. I have not had any further conversation from them. It is physically impossible for an evaporative cooler to cool my apartment to 86 degrees, no matter how well it is functioning. The only viable solution is to install an air conditioning unit.
