The last time (T07DV13042) they were working without permits it was reported by a PDSD inspector. This time it is being reported by a PDSD plan reviewer. They were also reported in 2006 (T06DV01968) by another PDSD inspector for work without permits but that case was closed as invalid with the following note: CONSTRUCTION IS PART OF ORIGINAL APPROVED SITE PLAN. PROJECT # P03-3500 Please be aware, as previously reported to your inspectors, yes they had a permit in 2002 for some remodeling but NO they did not pull the permits to complete the coffee shop. The 2002 plans clearly indicate that the coffee shop would be completed under a separate permit. So we now have a coffee shop installed between 2002 and 2006, more remodeling in 2007, and current remodeling in 2010....none of which has ever been done with permits. I personally have not seen the site, all of these reports are coming from field inspectors and now our plan reviewer.
