Long story but in 2023 I was unaware of the process and the permit (TC-RES-1122-00563) expired. Maria at the Help Desk recommended I contact the Permit Technicians at PDSD-Permits@tucsonaz.gov and ask if I can be added as the owner to permit TC-RES-1122-00563. For an unknown reason the applicant listed (X. Campos) was the person who created the structural plans and has never been the owner. I have completed the Owner/Builder Affidavit but am having difficulty scanning it to the email tied to my TDC account therefore I've placed the OBA under the Attachment file of this permit. I am requesting an extension of permit TC-RES-1122-00563 so the permit can be considered for continuation/renewal. My understanding was that I would need to make a new application to explain my requests and circumstances therefore permit TC-RES-0526-02715 was submitted online 05/21/2026. Since submission on 5/21/2026 a new piece of information has been discovered (i.e. Valuation) and is placed into this document.
