TP-PRE-0623-00232 In review 06/11/2023 N/A Pre-Application Proposition to build a privacy wall and sunshade on side yard: We are committed to matching the historical neighborhood/neighbors in any way you see fit. The first picture I provided labeled (528 N 2nd Ave) is the current property. We are proposing two items: 1) A sun shade (made of wood to match historical neighborhood) connected to the house, extending no longer than 8 feet from the house/ or whatever you would potentially allow. An example of this is provided by westerner products labeled (Sunshade example 1) 2) A privacy wall along the side of the house. I have provided pictures of the three neighbors that are on the block labeled (neighbor 1, neighbor 2, and neighbor 3) with neighbor 1 and 2 each containing a large privacy wall. - I have provided a few examples of what we are looking to do labeled (Privacy wall examples 1 and 2) with example one being one block away from 528 N 2nd Ave. Historical committee, we are more than willing to use your insights and desires to match the neighborhood the best you see fit. I would not request this if I did not think our propositions match well with the neighborhood, and have a chance of being accepted by the historical commission. Again, we are more than willing to be adjustable in the design, size, etc. to match your desires. Thank you so much for your consideration and let me know anything more you may need from me.
