I will be using double 2x4 wooden bars every 2' feet and I will be installing siding to the exterior wall and I will use 2"x4"x12' wide by 14' feet long to build the loft and I will use 5' feet of space to build the steps of the 19' feet that are mentioned at the beginning and I will be installing CDX plywood in the exterior walls, I will also be making an electric circuit. I will use insulation R13. I will be using 2"x6"x16' on the roof, and I will be installing insulation R19 inside the 2x6's. On the roof top I will install peel and stick base and peel and stick granulated, using drip edge 2x2. I will also be installing one skylight which measures 2' feet wide by 4' feet long.
