06/17/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted I facilitated precon with reps from Tucson Water, Tucson Airport, Ashton, esp and Days Excavating. Contact sheet is attached. Days will work monday to Thursday 6-4pm. After the survey is complete Matthew will send me the sib analysis and cut sheets. I will will schedule mock shutdown work orders. TW Chris Rodgers informed group that they can elect to perform shutdown for tie ins per updated AD. Ashton is removed concrete to prep for excavation which will start on tuesday.
06/23/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted I met w Rodney from Days Excavating. We received material delivery which I inspected. They began digging trench and laid 40 feet of 6inch DIP. Trench depth is 5’8 feet. They used bedding sand and bury tape. They will backfill tomorrow.
06/24/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days laid pipe to station 8+96.35. Tracer wire, bedding sand, bury tape were all installed. Compacted was completed per spec.

I met with maintenance to exercise valves and prep for mock shut down.
06/29/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days trenched and installed pipe to station 10+33.97. Tee and gate valves were installed. ARV and 45’s will be installed tomorrow. Days will prep for pressure test tomorrow.
06/30/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days finished laying pipe, tapped 1” arv at station 10+41.52. They filled line with water and cl2 to prep for pressure test and high cl2 test.

I attended the weekly project meeting this morning at Tucson airport with PE Deanna Lopez. Our mock shut down is scheduled for 7/1/26 at 7pm.
07/02/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Pressure test was completed and passes on 7/1. Pressure held at 200psi from 0930-1130.

I took high cl2 text at 1200pm with a cl2 res of 120+ppm

On 7/2 I took low cl2 test. cl2 res was 120.
07/09/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days will have to wait for mock shutdown to replace leaking tee and existing 4inch gate valve. Miguel Perez submitted work order for mock. The 6” tie will be scheduled once repairs made.
07/14/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days completed 6 inch tie in. We decided not to replace leaking tee due to not having maintenance on site. I reenergized mainline, bled air from line and flushed main. They backfilled east tie in point.
07/15/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days received material order for 12” mainline install. I inspected all materials. They removed abandoned 6” steel line.
07/17/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted I performed shutdown so Days could remove FH at station 38+14.

we could not get a shut down at station33+56. I will follow up with maintenance to redo mock.
07/20/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days replaced Tee and 4” zone boundary gate valve. Trust block was poured against undisturbed ground.

They also removed 6” gate valve at station 33+56.
07/22/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days installed dip section under storm drain at station 38+17.85 and laid pipe to station 39+00. mega lugs were broken off.
07/24/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days backfilled dip section and trenched to north tie in point at station 37+08. They installed tee at station 38+59.11 and laid pipe to station 39+00.
07/27/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days completed excavation for trenches and laid pipe to 39+81.2 and installed FH at station 38+59.04. Days will install sac anode on FH tomorrow.
07/28/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Pressure test passed. Held at 200 psi from 1420 to 1620. high cl2 test was performed at 1630 with a residual of 120+ppm.
07/30/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days installed tee at FH lateral at station 33+56.00. We shut down mainline to install tee. Days flushed 12” main to get cl2 residual to .99ppm. I took bac t sample at 0500.
08/01/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection In Field Accepted Days completed 12” tie in and tapped ARV. I flushed after tie in and will complete flush report.
08/07/2026 TWPE Daily Field Inspection Partial Pass Days backfilled, installed sac anodes on FH.

on 8/3, 12” line blew out at the macro. maintenance performed shutdown and days made repair.
