This is the new permit after they already exhausted their limits of the old permit for renewals, pre-con and all specs same requirements following pack standards from the previous permit revisited with the on-site supervisor everything is still the same continuing the work the new permit number is TR – UTL – 0426–00662 closing the old permit |
