I spoke with David Evans of Green Hill development over the phone. He informed me that work will begin either Friday 03/20/26 or early the following week. The plan is to backfill and coldmix the patch when completed and then wait for Tucson Water to finish before final pavement repair completion. Richey does fall under moratorium status so a moratorium patch will be required. |
