Spoke with Kevin on site about a loose timeline. He informed me they are 2 to 4 weeks out from some curb, sidewalk, and paving. The plan is to make repairs on Sears, Ginter, and Ganley as well as pave up to three lots worth on blue Angels Avenue. |

Only work on site today is on the demo home. The underground utility work is wrapping up. Kevin informed me that they would begin curb and sidewalk work starting on Tuesday 9/2/25. |

Rough grading for the entrance almost complete. Today they are forming up the wedge curb on the west side of the entrance and 200 ft along Blue Angels Ave. This initial curb, sidewalk, and paving will only encompass the first 3 lots for use as model home and parking. |
