09/03/2025 TRSP - PIA - Curb Placement Passed 2500 psi class B concrete was used to pour less than 200 ft of wedge curb on the west side of Blue Angels Ln. Curb was hand finished.
09/15/2025 TRSP - PIA - Curb Placement Passed Had a on-site meeting with Bubba from clear contracting and informed him that the concrete submittals need to be resubmitted. He told me he would contact Travis and get that done. He also told me they are about 1 to 2 weeks out from continuing curb work.
09/19/2025 TRSP - PIA - Curb Placement Passed No work on site today. Continuing to rough grade the rest of the road. Still a ways out from forming up the curb.
09/25/2025 TRSP - PIA - Curb Placement Passed Cielo reserve densities for curb passed. If no weather hiccups occur, Bubba wants to pour curb on Tuesday 09-30-2025.
10/01/2025 TRSP - PIA - Curb Placement Passed Today Doulos Concrete Inc is pouring curb with a curb machine at Cielo Reserve. They have ordered 80 cubic yards and a slump text was performed by Tristan and the results were spot on at 1.5 Tristan also took cylinder samples of the concrete for later strength testing. The curb machine has some brand new parts and struggled with the first ADA ramp. The concrete trucks started to back up but once the process smoothed out the trucks were cycled much faster.
10/03/2025 TRSP - PIA - Curb Placement Passed Curb is mostly done, some curb returns and tie ins will still need to be formed up and poured by hand. The scupper bottoms are poured and we are waiting on the tops to be rebared and formed. Densities on subgrade will be no earlier than Wednesday 10/08/25. ADA ramps still need to be formed up as well.
10/27/2025 TRSP - PIA - Curb Placement Passed Pre-pour inspection for two scupper tops. No rebar has been installed as of Monday 10/27/25. Plan is to pour tomorrow
12/10/2025 TRSP - PIA - Curb Placement Passed This site has reached the final stage and no longer needs this inspection at this time.
