01/09/2026 TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Passed Nuclear density tests were taken in front of lot 103 along Pyramid Ridge and at the intersection of Pyramid Ridge and Kiara Peak Wy. Both resulted in tests at or above 100% compaction. Moisture was optimal since it has rained over an inch in the last couple of days.
01/14/2026 TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Passed String line was done on area in front of model homes along W side of Pyramid Ridge (lots 102 and 103). AB was not above or below .02' of established grade. Ready to lay down asphalt the next day.
02/09/2026 TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Passed AB densities were taken at station 5+75 along Pyramid Ridge and 5+50 at the intersection of Panopeia and Chamber Ridge. Both resulted in tests at 100% compaction.
02/11/2026 TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Passed Team is still working on getting grade up to the required depth. Blade, water, and compaction is being taken care of.
04/17/2026 TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Re-inspection required Compaction tests did not pass. Highest percentage was 96%. The moisture was above optimum in some areas, and I don't believe the depth was at what it calls for which is 4". They were still trucking in some as we were testing. A re-test is going to be done on Monday of next week. The tester also requested to have a sand cone as back up in case nuclear densities are still low.
04/20/2026 TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Re-inspection required Re-test required with new proctor results.
04/24/2026 TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Passed Four nuclear density tests were taken after 2 sand cone tests were run the day prior to figure out what was needed to reach maximum compaction. The tests were taken at Kiara Peak in front of lot 166, Nala Peak in front of lot 181, Russell Ridge in front of lot 194 and Lebaron in front of lot 150. AB needs to be kept with plenty of moisture and rolled with rubber tire.
TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Scheduled
10/31/2025 TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Passed Today was the first day AB was being trucked in and spread out along the roadway. Multiple tons were dropped, wet, and spread out trying to bring up the grade to be hubbed on Monday and tested for compaction on Tuesday of the next week.
11/11/2025 TRSP - PIA - AB Placement Passed AB density test was taken and passed >100%. Area was good on moisture and traffic was not let on until time to pave. Station 2+25.
