Observations will continue as rains fall. Engineering on record will still need to remediate this issues. 6600 S Alvernon, 1) lower channel/basin is still, holding water 2 weeks after the last rain fall. This was passed before the rains started but has now become an issue. At next year’s review if the issues still exist it will fall on property ownership to rectify. 2) On the North East corner at the beginning of the drain channel the saw cutters washed out on the side of the channel inlet and have caused an environmental issue that needs to be cleaned prior to the next rain before the tailings enter the channel,and or basin. |
