In north driveline entrance grade hubs are all missing except one and the one that is present is 3/4"+lower to the AB around it. 6 inch curb reveals are inconsistent with depth diamond markers 1.5" off in many places. This area needs to have new hubs set every 50 feet. Diamonds markers need to be consistent then we can then it can be string lined
South parking area- Hubs are missing in this area as well. Approximately half of the hubs that are present are good and the other half are too low to AB. Survey should replace missing hubs in this area as well and check to make sure that the low hubs correct to the elevations. Diamonds at curbs are also not consistent. Fix these issues and reschedule when ready.
03/11/2026 ENGR Paving Partial Pass Main drive off of south road is ready to pave, no adjustments necessary. Main drive off of east road has been adjusted to accommodate 4 inches of asphalt at the transition to existing, okay to deviate from hubs for last 120' approaching road to maintain a smooth transition as long as 4 inches of asphalt is maintained and positive drainage is achieved. Drive on east side of building has been adjusted to match hubs and accommodate 4 inches of asphalt while maintaining a 6 inch curb reveal. Okay to pave.
03/12/2026 ENGR Paving Partial Pass Paving progress of parking areas is good, slopes appear correct, reveals are acceptable.
03/13/2026 ENGR Paving Partial Pass Paving progress is good. Main drive lines are complete, thickness, slopes, and finish conditions look good. Paving should be complete today.
