Work still in progress and rail at staircase is needed and possible ramp needs to be redone. As per issues with the rail and ADA ramp. if it is needed or being asked for to leave as is with 2 different pitches and the hand rail not being completed to the bottom of ramp due to being over the 5% allowed then this needs to be reflected in the plans as an as built and sent in for review and approval. |

The items of concern were discussed and understood by all. The ADA ramp will be changed to be one continuous pitch from flat spot to flat spot and a rail at 44'' to the back staircase will be added. |
