| 03/17/2026 | Partial Pass | Two type 2 sidewalk scuppers are formed correct. Frames and plate are okay. #4 rebar epoxied into floor to reinforce scupper walls correct. Use expansion joint material at cold joint or scupper wall on both sides of scupper. Hole for gutter downspout will be cut later. I Also Saw the outlet weir being formed at Basin 1 correct to survey and plan. The Toe Down will be 2 6”x2.5’ and 26’ long. The basin is also rough graded. |

| 06/03/2026 | Not Ready | 6/3/26 Currently the west side of bldg at the new addition, Exterior wall is at edge of finished floor. The Finished floor is 14" above asphalt. No sidewalk, no scuppers, no gutter- roof water will drain strait to asphalt. The striped refuge area butts up against wall. It looks like a wedge curb/little ramp is also drawn on grading plan that is not there. These conditions are not shown on Delta 1? Revision2, on site plan or grading plan of DP. The plans need to be redrawn to show what is built and submitted to city Engineering dept for approval. This is a material loading area for bringing steel from storage areas into building for processing. |
