Flood test showed a few areas in the asphalt paving that were problematic.
-South refuse enclosure at crosswalk curb opening. There is significant puddling over a quarter of an inch this area.
-North refuse enclosure at the bottom of the north end of apron, significant puddling.
-At the flow line of the parking spaces north of the covered parking next to North refuse enclosure, significant puddling.
-Landscaping areas need to be depressed 8" where possible and built to details J and O in grading details.
-WHÌA's will need to be correct to meet CRWH Plan condition on permit prior to close out. Details on WH01 WH02 of DP.
Side note: 18" Tree root barriers per detail B in landscaping sheets need to be in place.
