I looked at footers for 1 double and 1 single RE's. DP calls TSM Section 8.
Footer Dimensions and Rebar are oversized, but will comply with TSM Specs and clearances. Make room for bollards correct placement/clearance
Layout was to survey nails.
-1 single RE. Fix Verts so there are 2 at ends of wall and 3 in corners, and 32" oc.
-1 double RE Fix Verts so there are 2 at ends of wall and 3 in corners, and 32" oc. Also in middle of back wall place 2 verts for expansion joint in middle. Center column at gate each cell is reinforced.

Send me pictures of new rebar layout, clean Subgrade with rebar clear 3" from dirt 3" on from form on both. Do not pour footers pending approval of pictures

Submit good compaction tests to the portal.
Call in pregrout inspections for 6' wall in 2 lifts to check for horizontal reinforcement. Call in inspection for bollards placement and mat for slab.

Horizontal reinforcement correct. Contractor will fill all cells for first lift. Vibrate all grout. Okay to grout 1st lift of both Refuse Enclosures.
Request Refuse Enclose pre-grout inspection for 2nd lift and also for the floor rebar mat and bollard footers.

Ok to grout second lift of refuse enclosures. Request inspections for refuge enclosure when rebar for floor and bollard footers are ready.

Protect all storm drain inlets on site with waddle or other bmp. Use correct concrete cleanout, as well....And as part of the renewed 2025 GCP, the site plan needs to show the entire area including the leased lot for material lay down parking etc.
