I will check mitigation needs with Chad Keller. Sleeves under hardscape are in place. WHIA's look good with exception of a couple islands on west side. I discussed this with contractor- Finish grade (DG) needs to be 6" to 9" below adjacent pavement. 2' rootbarriers are being placed around trees within 5' of hardscape I discussed correct tree staking (No cane nursery stakes and correct tree staking necessary only when tree will fall over without them). Irrigation being installed currently looks good and plants almost all in place. Reschedule this Final when complete and ready. |

DG slope at Southwest of site by sidewalk. Fix riprap inlet at curb cut at north of site. Fix tree stakes of multi trunk trees so that just one or two trunks are looped and the rest are not constricted. Other details: Paint scuppers Fix downspout hole so it is 1” Diameter larger than downspout at scuppers. Paint downspout pipe. Fix Ramp and panels with bad cross slope. |
