Building is finished sidewalks are done. AB is down. Owner wants to pave on Friday. He needs to put in a thickened edge at all perimeter edges and along the landscaping and existing asphalt per the AC edge detail. Compaction tests for Subgrade and AB need to be submitted to portal. Schedule inspection for paving. Chalk lines at building and curb for AC thickness look like less than 2.5” in plans. The basin at the street is not dug yet that will be done last. He wants to move the trees from the rear of the building into the basin. The rear of the building is poured concrete not DG. It drains from the middle out to either side sidewalk slopes are good. Scuppers in sidewalk are less than 3/16". Detail calls for 3/16" This needs to be addressed. Plans show 6" extruded curb with curb cuts at pedestrian refuge area. |
