Weep holes are needed at the footer in EVERY reinforced cell. Smaller holes than what is here are ok. Weep holes are missing for 2 at the 90 degree corners and 1 at each end cell of the wall. Weep holes are also needed in the center pillar at gate as well as 2 missing verts. Bond beam is needed at top of pillar as well. Not Okay to grout. Call this inspection back in when ready. |
