| 05/27/2026 | Partial Pass | 5/27/26 Drainage structure inspection. 3 out of the 5 spillways are good to detail 10/C601. Contractor will send pictures of the 2 that need to be corrected before approval for pour. Basin 1 has a drop inlet catch basin. PAG SD 309 Type 4 single. Reinforcing is not correct to SD 309. Keynote 4 on C300 also calls for 6" orafice in west wall rim at .75' above invert of drain pipe out. Basin is to pond .75' Forms and reinforcing need to be corrected. Grate Frame also is missing. Okay to backfill pipe 12" HDP when ready. Do not pour this Catch Basin. Reschedule Drainage structure inspection when ready. |
