Concrete Parking area including proposed delivery ramp area up to island to the north can be poured with pending reception of AB compaction test. This area that is poured must be poured according to accepted plans.
06/13/2025 Partial Pass 6/13/25 Contractor wants to pour next 6" slab of parking area including drive through and north east entry driveway. Depths are good on forms and curb.
Send pictures of expansion material at curbs for approval in order to pour.

06/27/2025 Partial Pass Curb cuts into landscaped areas in east parking lot need to be built per plan. The first at SE corner of lot is 2’ with tapered wings. At Non ADA delivery aisle cuts are in wrong place. The cuts into the aisle need to be filled and repaired correctly. Then two cuts per plan need to go into landscaped area Also the cut at NE needs to be per plan. The last one at the Drive Through needs to be widened per plan.
the curbs on either side of the non ada delivery aisle need to be painted yellow per amended plan.
Short term bike rack also needs to be installed.

Engineer is being consulted about the need for missing sidewalk Scupper draining small landscaped area approximately 180 sq ft. on south side of building. Another option is depressing area 6”.

Okay for level 4 TCO.
Contractor widened NW curb cut to match plans. The rest of the curb cuts were accepted by the engineer of record as sufficient to function as intended.
The Sidewalk scupper noted earlier was unintended and also accepted by the engineer. These changes will be noted in the as builts.
The long term and short term bike parking will be fastened down correctly by the Engineering Final.
The Parking area on top of Alamo Wash has been sealed with a surface restoration coating. It is setting up and the area is roped off from the public. There is sufficient access while this area is roped off. This area will be Striped Wednesday night 7/2/25. I will check details in this Area at Engineering Final.
All construction debris and Material will be off site by end of day. Unfinished areas will be cordoned or fenced off and public safety will be maintained. Access will not be limited except in Alamo Wash area.
Schedule Engineering Final when Alamo Wash and Landscaping issues completed.
