Grading is rough, but looks good for initial grading inspection. Basin number one needs to be dug a little deeper. The inverted drain pipe is below bottom of basin. Loading dock slope looks good and general parking area on other side of ridge in front of dock slopes look correct to grading sheet. |

Call in grading inspection as grading progresses. We will be looking at the basin elevations and inlets and outlets/weir to verify elevations. We need to look at the Drywell as that is being installed to ensure that is correct. The 12” storm drain pipe in the loading dock and to the manhole and Basin #1 will need to checked for elevation, slope bedding etc. Also the 18” Basin outflow. Be certain to call in Drainage Pipe and structures inspections as you get there for us to look at it. |

Initial rough grading has started. Basin has been cut. Loading dock area has been cut. Now would be a good time to add a compacted berm to the west side of basin. As Grading progresses call us back in to check slopes when ready. Compaction test results will be needed for Subgrade in graded areas. These will be need to be submitted to the portal when ready. |
