1. Fix wattle at West end of site. The wattle has been moved out of place and the stakes need to be the stakes to be reset.
2. Build a berm and compact it at the west end of the large basin in order to keep storm water on site.
3. Stockpiles that are not in active use need to be protected from erosion. Place wattle or trench/berm around large stockpile next to basin.
08/18/2025 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Complete (Recurring) 8/18/25
Wattle, Trackout and Intercept/Diversion Ditch are being used and are functioning as intended as erosion control measures and are in good working order. Basin at low end of site has retained water from rain over the weekend.
09/02/2025 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Passed No concerns at this time.

09/29/2025 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Passed Section of Temporary fence blow over in storm over the weekend but is now being fixed. SWPPP Book is correct with records of inspections.
10/27/2025 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Passed New NOI/GCP has been signed. All BMP’s are correct and working as designed except one small area of wattle that needs repair- I shared with responsible party.

Responsibility party will protect new dirt stock piles and some spoils with waddle and or trench berm as discussed. Rest of site bmps are correct and functioning. The Basin will need to be scarified by civil contractor because there is still water pooled in it from the recent rains last week and the weekend.

A couple stockpiles that were previously not protected have wattle around them now. Site looks good.
