| 03/13/2026 | Not Ready | 3/13/26 No Survey has been done on site. The planter bottom elevations that border Valencia and Fontana need to be verified. The elevations of the Subgrade need to be verified before the filter layer is spread so that proposed elevations of the of the paving will be correct to plan. I suggest survey verifies these elevations are correct or have the engineer of record sign of off on work. Contractor is at risk if these elevations are incorrect the grade will need to corrected. |

| 03/17/2026 | Partial Pass | 3/17/26 I reviewed survey of current elevations and Top of base elevations (Final Elevation minus 10"-paving section). These figures were close enough to begin laying the 6" Filter layer. Bottom of planter 5 will need to be cut and other Planter bottoms adjusted as needed. Slope is correct. There is a benchmark set 0.0 at top of curb directly East of the fire hydrant on Fontana Avenue. There is another benchmark on top of curb directly south of telephone pole next to Southwest corner on Valencia. There is also a marked property corner at Northeast that lines up nicely with the footer dug for the wall. The grade slopes from Southeast to Northwest as indicated on plans. Drainage looks correct. OK to start paving. I would recommend Scheduling next grading inspection after filter layer is complete, planter bottoms are defined as well as Swale for RipRap along north end of property is ready. |
