Sidewalk parallel to entrance drive on Hedrick: okay to create a landing (>2% slope) at the parking lot side and slope the remaining sidewalk down to the public sidewalk at less than 5% running slope. 3. Curb ramp at ADA parking: okay to form with sidewalk landing flush with asphalt (slope away from the building, less than 2%) and then ramps on either side with running slope less than 8.33%. (Similar to PAG 207 TYPE 3) 4. Sidewalk along north side of building is finished within acceptable tolerances. |
