| 06/16/2026 | SITE - Stormwater Setup and Controls | Not Ready | Wattle is on site. Some areas are protected but not all. All stockpiles and spoils need to be protected from erosion with wattle. All downslope areas at perimeter fencing need wattle. There is a valley gutter that drains a large area that meets unprotected stockpiles. These piles should be moved to higher ground so that this drainage will not pick up sediment. Contractor is focused on finishing this area to correct it. Before and where the drainage leaves construction area wattle berm/ditch should be placed to slow and filter sedimented storm water so that it is clean at outlet. The Dealership is still active so the SWPPP Plan differed on the construction entrance. Currently there are multiple entrances to construction area are but they are inside the dealership parking lot providing a buffer to the ROW. These entrances should be consolidated so that they can be protected with Trackout. The Parking lot outside of site is currently clean and needs to stay this way. Trackout rock may be needed as we move into the Monsoon season depending on usage/conditions to keep sediment on site. |
