Drainage basins A and B are finished graded and inlet and outlet weirs are in and correct. Sidewalk scuppers are also correct. Channels leading to basins are correct. Civil contractors are close to 100%. Lanscaping contractors will be installing dg on all planted surfaces… ie on sides of basins. |

Concrete spoils, refuse and sediment from disturbed slopes needs to be cleaned out of basins from common area B East of development and DG needs to be installed per plan to stabilize slopes per plan. |
