Pre-grout inspection at first lift. I explained to contractor he could build the wall all the way up to 6 feet with one pre grout inspection. To do this Contractor will punch weep holes in all reinforced cells at footer. He also put in a bond beam at top course of wall. He will request pre-grout inspection for us to look at Bond beam and reinforcing. OK to finish building wall...
