| 08/14/2025 | ENGR - Drainage Structures | Partial Pass | 8/14/25 partial pass to backfill pipe. 8/14/25 I looked at 18" Drain pipe bedded between 3 Catch Basins at NW of site. Pipe is bedded correctly and is in line with survey nails for placement. Okay to backfill. Holes are dug for Catch Basins but 4 cft Gravel drain underneath CB not centered correctly as shown in plan. Contractor will remove gravel where needed and center it correctly. Gravel will be replaced with fill and compacted with machine. Forms at bottom of Cb will be moved out 3" to increase bearing surface of slab 6" each way. I will check gravel/forms tomorrow when looking at reinforcing for CB's |

(drain gravel was not centered on drain hole unevenly placed.).#4 rebar is correct to plan on slab at bottom. Okay to pour slab on bottom. Form the walls and and studded steel angle grate rim and call us back out to look at them before you schedule the next pour |

Call us back out after forms are stripped and before backfilling. Make sure pipe is neatly trimmed if needed a few inches from inside catch basin wall. Patch snap ties holes. |
