08/05/2025 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Complete (Recurring) No concern with the storm water biweekly. But there is an open trench that needs to be secure. Contractor needs to fence it off or burn it off for safety.
10/27/2025 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Passed 10/27/25 - Site is being maintained well, perimeter controls are functioning properly.
11/10/2025 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Complete (Recurring) No concerns at this time everything looks good
