A portion of this trail was in the parking lot and or it was disturbed or removed from construction activity. This Trail needs to be rebuilt/repaired. There is no detail in the DP on how to build it. On the Costco side of property that it connects to it has steel edging and has stabilized dg surface. On South end of trail there is significant erosion from storm water in a section that needs to be mitigated, it may need scupper. Root barriers and tree staking need to be per detail in the plan. Finish these items and reschedule inspection. |
