2. No Backwater valve on plans. Also need to make sure detectable marking tape is used before backfilling.
04/15/2026 COT - LCPL - Sewer  Partial Pass 4-15-26: HCS connection located on the south side of site near sidewalk verified under test. Okay to backfill progress areas using shading materials.
