Insulation is in place at both walls and ceiling. Electrical boxes are not made up throughout. Grommets are missing at both exhaust fans. Nail plates are required at any lines that are less than 1 1/4" from the face of the studs. Fire blocking is required at soffit areas. Customer stated that the inspection was approved pending smoke detectors and sub panel. Plans call for an all in one panel. 7/21/2025 |
