Wrong hardware at post to beam used at great room and missing A35's. Show detail identifying type of screw, size, nut and spacing on north post where screw/nut are drilled through cmu wall, replace 7/16" anchor bolt with a 1/2" anchor located at northwest corner of building, add shot pins to to sill plate at 32" o.c., add backing for shower & water closet, provide clarification on whether trusses or rafters are to be used and identify sistering of rafters, missing foam gasket underneath exterior sill plate- see P5/Detail 13 for information. STOPPED INSPECTION-ADDITIONAL ITEMS MY BE NOTED. | |
