3-13-26: add arch-fault breakers at each habitable areas to include, kitchens, living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms. Paint all exterior pvc & abs on rooftop, provide access to water heater, lower thermostat to 48" o.c., install vacuum breaker at hosebib, and a hammer arrestors for dishwasher & laundry, gfci required for laundry room, exterior receptacles must be gfci and receptacles must be "weather resistance " type. Please schedule all finals at your convenience. |
