7/10/24: House is at Final inspection without calling for intermediate inspections, letter is required from registered contractor/electrician/plumber/mechanical stating that all work completed meets or exceeds the requirements of the IRC. Liability will need to be taken by contractor, Arc-fault breaker's missing throughout, HVAC not hooked up, range plug is not made up, kitchen circuit not GFCI, receptacles in bedroom are not energized, water closet needs to be caulked, receptacle for dishwasher needs to be GFCI, sediment trap required at water heater. Water heater vent needs to properly terminate to exterior, combustion air requirements not met, door not allowed at laundry room, GFCI receptacle required at laundry room, water hammer arrestor required at laundry, fridge, dishwasher, T&P discharge must be to exterior of home, carbon monoxide sensor required, STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
