2-20-26: footer at patio (detail 2) does not meet depth requirements. Remove rock/boulder at column footer and remove excess concrete from footer at the southwest end of new addition so that it meets depth requirements as outlined per detail 1. Missing #4 dowels at 32" o.c.-dowels must be installed at the existing concrete-see foundation plan for information. Also, underground plumbing/DWV cannot be installed directly in footings nor was the DWV not completely wrapped-consult with an architect to provide details on how to correct. |
