Insulate hot water line at water heater. Along with those at the exterior of the home. Provide cover plate at receptacle right of door entry at garage. Provide self closing door along with spec sheet on garage door. Provide shut off valves at utility sink. Provide smoke detector outside of master bedroom. Provide vacuum breakers at all hose bibs. Provide elbow at condensation line. Coat all exterior plastic pipes. Cut clean outs down to to grade and provide proper cap. Provide proper grading prior to final. 3/5/2026 |
