Missing anchor bolts every 48" OC & within 12" of edge on west bearing wall, shot pins required 6" from edge and 2x for greater than 12" and every 32" on center per plan.

All corrections made to prior inspection. Added fire foam to top plate penetrations, braced register ducts, shower tested for leaks, lowered thermostat to 48", ensured receptacle spacing at kitchen counter top. Okay to proceed with construction.
