1-1-Dry in ADU. 2- Install feeders for sub-Panel. 3- Connect Ufer to sub panel. 4- Complete fire-blocking at gables (2 by 4 does not work on 2 by 6 walls). 5- Provide evaluation from architect of platform framed walls in lieu of balloon framed walls, per plans,at gable ends to verify that hinge which has been created will not cause issues and are acceptable. 6- Frame in Attic access opening capable of allowing air handler to be replaced. 7- Install stud shoes at shower wall studs that are over-notched/over-drilled. |
