Unit appears to have a leak underneath the unit. The stand supporting the unit should not be located on the eve of the roof and. If no heat strips are installed please mark it in the appropriate spot on the data tag. 12/10/25 1. The unit is missing screws on some of the panels. 2. Condensation line needs to be painted to prevent sun damage 3. Duct transition is torn and not sealed properly underneath. 4. There is a T-stat wire in the control cabinet that is exposed and should be capped. 5. Double check the placement of Unit stand appears to be too close to Eve; have a structural engineer approve the location. 6. Annotate appropriate check box on data plate for heat strips. 7. Attach both liquid tight lines to red wood and keep off roof membrane. |
