7/10/26: Gfci receptacle required behind refrigerator, missing dishwasher hammer arrestor, mini split shall be UL listed-either replace or contact Intertek for an inspection and submit the report to the city for review & approval, exterior receptacles shall be weather resistant and covers must be rated heavy duty while in use, smoke detectors require a 4" clearance from walls, arch fault breakers required for every habitable areas, paint PVC/plastics, add a 90 degree elbow to pressure relief valve & a 6"clearance from grade, missing address on home, provide ladder for roof access, add R3 insulation to water heater heater copper lines, add a receptacle in bedroom behind door- required per code on a 2' foot wall, 1/2" max threshold required at front door. Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted and please schedule all remaining inspections when ready. |
