10-13-25: cooktop/stove is required at time of inspection, missing anti-tip device, missing dishwasher & hammer arrestor, missing hammer arrestors are required for washer & dryer, seal water closets, install shackle on water heater breaker, paint all exterior pvc/abs, provide UL listing for exterior receptacle covers showing that covers are rated "heavy duty while in use," otherwise replace using bubble covers, missing clean out at kitchen sink and at bathroom. Plans call for a clean out at water closet and at tub. Submit an RFI for tub clean out and install clean out for water closet. Missing gray water -see plans and cut clean out to grade, install address identification where visible from the roadway and for unit's themselves. Cut condensation line 6” above grade. See notes for solar water system on page GN1.0- City of Tucson Ordinance 10549 states a 1/2” control conduit and 2-3/4” copper piping for water with rooftop termination; straight 3” capped sleeve is required. |
