10/13/26: set gauge to 15 psi for a minimum of 10 minutes, fire foam top plate penetration at kitchen, add 4" blocks on rooftop at 6' apart, secure gas line on exterior wall, wood enclosure for gas water heater requires a pressure treated sill plates and wood enclosures must meet ventilation requirements such as louvers, missing pressure relive valve, IPS pvc is not allowed for a gas water heater-installation of copper lines is required, missing anti-tip device at range, missing vent at water heater. Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
