Three runs required on an extension ladder above roof level and the ladder needs to be tied off. Condensate line cannot be run off of roof edge. It needs to be run down to the ground approximately 6 inches above with an elbow down. Step at back door is not correct. Step is too high., caulk in all toilets and sink, basins and countertops 2/19/25: seal penetration on roof where existing MAST was installed, gas piping support must be weather treated lumber, properly support EMT running out of main panel and seal 90 degree with weather approved cover, Exterior outlets on rear house are not GFI and need bubble covers, Condensate line cannot be run off of roof edge.
