1-Front wall has been stacked, creating a “hinge”; provide engineering to verify its adequacy. 2-All rafters are missing bird’s mouths. 3-Siding must be nailed at 4” and 8” pattern to be used as bracing. 4-East wall sole plate has been stacked, without sheer tying to bottom-most plate; provide strapping at 32” OC to tie the two plates together. |
