AC breaker is over-amped, requires a max 30A fuse. Paint exposed plastic vent pipes. Add smoke detector to bedroom. Secure AC electrical whip to wall. Add AFCI breakers to all habitable rooms, hallway, kitchen and living room area circuits at main panel and label all breakers. Laundry room receptacle needs to be GFCI.
